Friday, August 25th, PechaKucha Night Cleveland heads to the lakefront with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for a night of inspiration and creativity under the stars!!! Weather permitting we be in the beautiful Rock and Roll Hall of Fame entrance plaza and in the event of inclement weather we will be inside the Museum!
Japanese for “the sound of conversation,” this event features a succession of 10-12 speakers, including Amanda King of Shooting Without Bullets, each sharing new ideas about topics ranging from visual art, architecture, and technology to food, film, music, photography and furniture design through a vibrant 400 second long presentation (20 slides X 20 seconds each). The rapid-fire style keeps audiences engaged while breaking down barriers between different creative communities. The goal is to expose and attract new talent and ideas and incite meaningful collaborations among presenters and audience members.
Doors will open at 7:000pm and presentations will begin at 8:45pm.
